ChatGPT promises to revolutionize the way we access information over the internet. What makes this program different from other chatbots is its ability to learn and generate new content by analyzing and acting on existing data. ChatGPT is a natural language processor that has been trained from masses amounts of data using artificial intelligence and machine learning.

OpenAI, a research-based AI company started by Sam Altman and Elon Musk, embarked on developing artificial intelligence programming that spawned applications like ChatGPT and DALL.E, another generative AI program that creates complex images from simple text. As more technologies like chatGPT become available, they will either make our lives
easier or make us redundant. The question is, “Do we still have time to ensure that
AI remains a service to humanity?”
